Cycling Skills Videos

Cycling Scotland have produced a series of short videos to facilitate new or returning cyclists in developing their skills. Level 1 takes us through the pre-ride bike checks before setting off and riding with control as well as proper use of brakes and gears. Level 2 covers cycling on the road, good road positioning in different situations, and signalling for manoeuvres. Level 3 takes us through tools and equipment, navigating more complex road features, and riding with traffic.

You can watch level 1 opposite, and find the whole playlist here.
